Corporate Modular Services, Inc will coordinate your move and relocate your entire office whether it is partitions, workstations, desks, filing or seating. CMS has all of the equipment and supplies for your move whether it is a one-man office or 500 employees. We will develop a project plan which includes defining project goals, specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are needed and associating budgets and timelines for completion of your project. Corporate Modular Services, Inc will ensure this “critical path” of managing your project from start to finish.

Space Planning and Design Services

By utilizing AutoCAD, Giza and 3-dimensional software, Corporate Modular Services, Inc can work easily with architects, facilities managers, and furniture manufacturers to plan your work environment and typical stations. We will field measure your facility and space plan it to ensure you are utilizing your space to its fullest potential. We will illustrate proposed configurations using architectural 3-dimensional CAD tools. Our highly qualified space planner and design team will also provide design assistance throughout all aspects of your project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Corporate Modular Services, Inc has the expertise to provide you with superior project management capabilities. We will provide you with project management from conception to completion. We will meet with you in the preliminary stages, find out what your needs are, research your options, and present you with the choices to fit your budget. We have a professional Project Management team to ensure your project is handled worry-free with the utmost professionalism. We will work closely with all of the personnel involved in the project to ensure that the project is coordinated, delivered, and installed just the way you want it.

RECONFIGURATIONS

Whether you are upsizing, downsizing, or changing your floor plan, CMS can reconfigure your office furniture. If additional components are required to complete the reconfiguration of your office space, we can analyze your existing product and coordinate the ordering of the additional products needed for your reconfiguration.

DELIVERIES

Corporate Modular Services, Inc is completely capable to pick up and deliver your order to the job site. We have the resources, staff, and equipment to enable us to deliver workstations, case goods, filing, seating, or any furniture you may need delivered. Our trucks are licensed and insured.

Warehousing and Storage

Corporate Modular Services, Inc can store your product at a very competitive rate. We have pallet racking available and will package and weatherproof your product. Our facility is secured, alarmed, and insured. In addition to storing your product, we will provide and maintain inventory control management for you, if requested.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Corporate Modular Services, Inc is equipped to steam clean your products. We utilize an industry-quality steam cleaning machine for all of your fabric cleaning needs, ranging from dirty partitions, seating, etc.
